Danielle Horowitz came to real estate the way most great investors do: by doing the work herself first.

A Santa Clarita native and Los Angeles local, Danielle built her career at the intersection of business strategy, marketing, and finance. After earning a dual degree in Communications and Rhetorical Studies and Finance from Syracuse University, she held roles at NBCUniversal and Amazon before transitioning into business consulting, working directly with small and medium-sized companies on marketing, sales strategy, and financial operations. She also founded Danielle Horowitz Consulting, providing hands-on advisory services to medical aesthetic practices and other owner-operated businesses across the region.

She obtained her California real estate license to pursue her own investing goals. Within her first three active months as an agent, she had already sold six homes. What she discovered was a natural fluency in deal structure, client communication, and market analysis that translated directly from her consulting and investing background.

Today, Danielle specializes in working with investors: identifying off-market opportunities, underwriting value-add acquisitions, and building the kinds of quiet, relationship-driven deal pipelines that never hit the MLS. She operates an active off-market deal desk covering Los Angeles and Las Vegas, sourcing opportunities for a curated network of buyers before properties ever reach the public market. She works across residential, multi-family, and development-stage opportunities, with particular depth in syndications and equity structures.

For sellers, her approach is equally direct. She reaches off-market homeowners before other agents arrive, offering a private, low-disruption process with no open houses, no public listings, and closings on the seller's terms. Many of her transactions happen quietly, exactly the way sellers prefer.

Beyond investing, Danielle brings the full weight of her marketing background to every listing she represents. She has provided comprehensive marketing strategy to Carswell and Associates and other real estate firms, covering listing presentations, digital campaigns, social media production, PR outreach to luxury publications, and brand partnership development.

She is deeply embedded in the Los Angeles Jewish community, actively involved with the Los Angeles Jewish Federation and Birthright Israel programming, and has served as a Kahn Fellow. She is also a member of the Real Estate and Construction Network and part of the Emerging Philanthropists society. In a completely different corner of her life, she is a member of the world-famous Magic Castle in Hollywood. She also enjoys travel, exploring new places, and trying new foods around Los Angeles.
