Mickie Ardi received her California real estate license in 1968 — a document personally signed by Governor Ronald Reagan. What began as a passion quickly became a calling. She saw opportunity where others saw uncertainty, began buying her own rental properties, and opened her own office in 1980 with a commitment that has never wavered: treat every client like family.
To provide the high standard of service and education that formed her foundation, Mickie began speaking at the Board of Realtors and sat on panels discussing real estate across the San Fernando Valley. She became well known for her television advertisements. As the company grew, she opened Mickie Ardi Escrow — ensuring clients would receive the attention and care they deserved through every closing.
Nearly half a century of clients and thousands of transactions later, Mickie's legacy is not measured in volume. Mickie Ardi Realty is now led by Debi Ardi, who grew up inside this brokerage as Mickie's daughter and has served as its Broker and Sales Manager for well over a decade. A former member of the San Fernando Valley Board of Realtors Marketing Committee, Debi has built a career defined by range. Over the years she has done it all: REO transactions and bank relationships, hands-on listing preparation, aggressive open house scheduling, and the kind of relentless follow-through that turns difficult situations into clean closes.
