I’ve grown up in the world of San Fernando Valley Real Estate, and am proud to been carrying the family torch at Mickie Ardi Realty for over 30 years.
It’s been a long time since I was known as “the kid” around the ofifce , and after serving for years as a member of the marketing Committee for the San Fernando Board of Realtors, and as the Broker/Manager of Mickie Ardi Realty for over a decade, my clients and agents alike know me as the go-to source for unparalleled service and knowledge about San Fernando Valley Real Estate.
Building a wide breadth of experience has been the secret behind my ability to get incredible results selling my clients’ homes.
Over the span of my long career, I’ve done it all, forming lasting relationships with banks to work on REO’s and offering cash for keys. I’ve never been afraid to roll-up my sleeves and do whatever is necessary to get my clients the best result, getting the house into selling condition, to marketing it and closing the transaction. Continuing the legacy of Mickie Ardi Realty by ensuring that my agents have all of the tools available to achieve success for their clients is one of my foremost goals. To this end I often invite guest speakers to share their wisdom with us, and as a licensed Notary, I am able to sign loan documents when necessary. the bottom line is that I will always do what it takes to get my clients the best results possible.
